The 'Old' Shop

Our old location was at 12615 Roachton Road in Perrysburg Ohio, located on the corner of Roachton Road and Dixie Highway (Ohio State Route 25). Maggies Restaurant is attached to the front of the building.

That large, old building with the domed roof is a landmark in Northwest Ohio and has a ton of history. It started out as a bowling alley and the Everglades bar in the '60s. In the '70s it was The Dixie Electric Company, and in the '80s it was Buttons Night Club. Just about every customer who came through the door in search of a heavy duty tarp would look around, realize where they were at, and start-in with a good story.

There aren’t too many people in Northwest Ohio that don’t have a good memory or story about that old building... We have some good memories there too, but we won’t miss the old bathrooms with the troughs and plywood stall doors! Even though our flatbed truck tarp business has grown considerably, we didn't move far: We are just one traffic light north and just around the corner from our former location.
